Return Policy
It is our goal that you are completely satisfied. Please read closely the following in regards to your order:
To ensure prompt replacement of or credit for damaged or defective items, please check your product(s) upon arrival and report any problems to us immediately.
We do accept returned products for the following reasons:
- We shipped the wrong product. (You are responsible if you ordered the wrong product.)
- OR the product (not the case) was damaged during shipping. We do our best to package the product so that you receive it in good condition, but occasionally it gets run over by a truck.
- OR the product has manufacturing defects. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item only.
- AND it has not been more than 30 days since you received the product.
We cannot accept returned products for the following reasons:
- You no longer want the product for whatever reason.
- Or you ordered the wrong product.
To return a product that meets the above requirements:
- Send an e-mail to and explain the problem. Please include the order number from your invoice. Let us know your name and what you are returning, and whether you would like to return or replace the item.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging if possible, or another corrugated cardboard box. Paper envelopes (including bubble packed) are not acceptable, except in the case of sheet music returns. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for all cost associated with return shipment --- except in the instance that we shipped you the wrong product.
